Principal

Peter has over 12 years of experience in real estate development with stints abroad in Madrid and Seoul.  He started his real estate career in distressed construction/ land debt in Los Angeles in 2008 and has developed over $1 billion in various assets, from residential, retail, industrial, to infrastructure.  

Peter received his BA from University of Pennsylvania, M Arch I from Harvard University, and studied in the MRED program at USC.  He speaks fluent Spanish after a stint in Madrid, Spain.  

 We focus on sub-institutional scale value-add and opportunistic real estate development.  We also provide real estate asset management and consulting services for select clients, whether institutional or private.
